i ventured into the wonderful shop Gravel and Gold yesterday.
it is pretty perfect.
full of a special mix of vintage, handmade goods,
local honey with spells cast on it, handscreened deadstock postcards,
books on Utopian homesteaders, and just beautiful things.
they are also a pickup spot for CSA vegetables! so great.
completely the kind of shop that i daydream of having myself one day.
the owners were sweethearts and i certainly see it becoming a regular stop of mine.
(it is a dangerously close, short walk from my house)
